The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that may assist in the investigation of an attempted robbery that occurred on May 7, 2018.
Police were dispatched, at about 11:17 p.m., on Monday May 7, 2018, to a business in the 1700 block of Dewdney Avenue East. Information received in the call indicated a female attempted to rob the business. At this early stage in the investigation, there are limited details to describe the suspect. No one was physically injured in this attempted robbery. The suspect was gone before police arrived at the scene but it’s believed the suspect was on foot. An area check by police proved to be negative. At this time, police are gathering any available information that may help identify a suspect and indicate her direction of travel from the business.
