10/04/2018: Update: Male Charged in Business Robberies
The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that could assist in the investigation of a robbery that occurred this afternoon: Monday, May 14, 2018, in the 2000 block of Park Street.
Police were dispatched, at approximately 2:15 p.m. to a business in the 2000 block of Park Street for a report of a robbery, by a male suspect with a firearm. The male had his face covered. Witnesses describe the suspect firing a round into the floor. The suspect is described as being about 5’ 9” to 5’ 10” tall, in his early 20’s; and wearing a tan shirt, black pants and a hat. The male demanded and received an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing on a bicycle. Police attended and conducted a search of the area, but did not locate the suspect. Fortunately, no one was injured in this incident.
