On Monday, August 20, 2018, at approximately 10:10 AM, police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Athol Street for the report of a located stolen vehicle. Police observed the occupants of the vehicle, two males and two females, park and exit the vehicle, and walk to a residence on the street. Police knocked on the door, and were allowed entry into the home, where the four suspects were arrested. A search revealed some of the items reported stolen with the vehicle.
Nineteen year-old Kashtin Earlin Creed QUEWEZANCE, of Regina, is charged with:
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 [CC 355(A)];
- Theft of motor vehicle [CC 333.1(1)]; and
- 2 X Fail to comply with probation order [CC 733.1(1)].=
Nineteen year-old Delaney Lloyd SANGWAIS, of Regina, is charged with:
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 [CC 355(A)].
A sixteen year-old female, who cannot be named in accordance with the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was charged with:
- 2 X Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 [CC 355(A)];
- Theft of motor vehicle [CC 333.1(1)]; and
- Fail to comply [137 YCJA].
A thirteen year-old female, who cannot be named in accordance with the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was charged with:
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 [CC 355(A)].
