At approximately 10:50 p.m., on Sunday September 16, 2018, police were dispatched to the 600 block of Elphinstone Street, for a report of an injured male. After a preliminary investigation, it is believed the male was injured as a result of firearm discharge. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) transported the male victim to hospital and his injuries are not considered life threatening. There are currently no suspects in custody, however the investigation is ongoing.
