On September 21, 2018 at approximately 5:45 p.m. police were dispatched to the 2800 block of Avonhurst Drive for a report of a business robbery.
A male suspect entered the business and attempted to steal alcohol. When the suspect was challenged by an employee of the business a knife was brandished. The suspect then fled the area on foot with the alcohol. There were no injuries sustained during the incident.
The suspect is described as: Indigenous male, late teens to early 20’s, approximately 5’9” to 6’0 tall, wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, backwards ball cap and carrying a kitchen knife.
