A 53 year-old Regina male is facing a charge of Arson in connection with a recent condominium fire.
On November 8, 2018, at approximately 3:00 p.m., police and firefighters were dispatched to the 6500 block of Rochdale Boulevard for a report of a fire in a multi-unit condominium building. One male was taken to hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation. The fire caused significant damage to the building. Investigation into this event led to the arrest, on November 23rd, of a 53 year-old male, who was subsequently charged.
Fifty-three year-old Ricky Thomas CLARK, of Regina, is charged with Arson with Disregard for Human Life, contrary to section 433(a) of the Criminal Code. CLARK was released on an Officer Undertaking to appear in Provincial Court at 9:30 a.m. on January 16, 2019.
