The Regina Police Service reports that a 53 year-old male determined to be at a high risk to reoffend sexually, has been arrested by the Regina Police Service, for a breach of court ordered conditions not to possess a device to access the internet.
On Thursday, November 29, 2018, police observed the 53 year-old male in a vehicle in a parking lot. The male was in possession of a cell phone at the time, which was in breach of his conditions. The male was arrested by a Regina Police Service officer at approximately 10:00 p.m. on the 1800 block of Saskatchewan Drive.
Fifty-three year-old Byron Douglas HARPOLD, of Regina, is currently charged with Breach of Recognizance under section 810 [CC 811].
HARPOLD made his first appearance in Provincial Court on this charges on Friday, November 30, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.
