A 44 year-old male has been arrested and charged after a break and enter to a residence on Thursday.
On January 24, 2019 at approximately 8:30 a.m., police were dispatched to a residence on the 2300 block of Montreal Street for a report of a break and enter. An occupant of the residence heard a suspect enter the residence and called police. The suspect took some items and left the residence. Police located the suspect nearby, who was then arrested and charged. Through the investigation, police found property alleged to be stolen and a bladed weapon.
Forty-four year-old Brian Albert Edward JOLLEY of Regina is charged with:
- Break and Enter [348(1)(B) CC];
- 2 x Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 [355(B) CC]; and
- Carrying a concealed weapon [90 CC].
JOLLEY appeared in Provincial Court for these charges on January 25, 2019 at 9:30 a.m.
