At approximately 12:10 a.m. on Friday, January 25, 2019, a police canine team member observed a black Cadillac CTS at a gas station on Pasqua Street at 4th Avenue. A check of the license plate showed the registration had expired. The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle at 4th Avenue and Connaught Street.
