A 41 year-old male is facing five charges in connection with alleged acts of indecent exposure on Sunday, May 19, 2019.
Police were dispatched at about 5:47 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2019, to a park in the 1100 block of 14th Avenue for a report of a male exposing himself to people in the park. When police arrived there were about 20 people in the park: mostly children and parents. Witnesses pointed out a male alleged to have been exposing himself to them. Police arrested the suspect, who was subsequently charged.
Forty-one year-old Trent William ELEK, of Regina, is charged with:
- 2 X Indecent Exposure to a person under 16 years of age [173(2) CC];
- Indecent Act [173(1)(b) CC]; and
- 2 X Breach of Probation [733.1(1) CC].
ELEK made his first court appearance on these new charges at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2019.
