The Regina Police Service, in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service, has begun a death investigation with the discovery, this morning, of a deceased female.
At 4:12 a.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Cameron Street for a report of a person who was not breathing. The person was just outside a house in the 1500 block of Cameron Street. Police and EMS attended and found an adult female. The woman was confirmed deceased by EMS. Police have secured the area and requested the Coroner.
There are no other details available at this time. In addition to investigating the circumstances of this death, police are in the process of confirming the identity of the deceased person and notifying her next-of-kin.
