The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that may assist in the investigation of an armed robbery that occurred yesterday evening.
Police were dispatched at about 8:10 p.m., on Friday November 29, 2019, to the 1100 block of Jurasin Street. Information received in the call for service indicated that the victim had pulled into his garage when he was approached by a male suspect armed with a firearm. The suspect demanded the keys to the victim’s 2013 black Kia Forte. The victim complied and the suspect drove off in the vehicle. No one was physically injured in this robbery. Attempts to locate the suspect in the area were negative. At this time, police are gathering any available information that may help identify the suspect.
The suspect was last seen driving southbound on Argyle Street from Rochdale Boulevard. The male suspect was described as 6’ tall, wearing a black jacket with the hood pulled up and black pants.
