Fifty-three year-old Spencer Dean BIRD is described as male, 5’8″ tall, approximately 170 lbs., medium build, medium complexion, with shaved/bald head, brown mustache and green eyes. Noticeable markings include a piercing in his left ear, and multiple tattoos, including a knife in a rose with ribbons, a ribbon, and a cross, all on his right arm, and a heart with an ‘S’ inside it, and a wineglass with dice on his left forearm.
