The Regina Police Service, in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service, has begun an investigation into the death of a male who was found unresponsive in the 1200 block of Rae Street earlier this evening.
Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Rae Street at approximately 7:37 p.m., on Saturday, January 25, 2020, for a report of a gunshot fired and an injured person at the scene. Police arrived and discovered an unresponsive male in front of a residence in the area. EMS attended and pronounced the male deceased at the scene. Officers continued to maintain security of the scene and requested additional resources, including the Coroner.
