The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that may assist in an investigation into an assault with a weapon and robbery.
On the afternoon of February 26, 2020, a 52 year-old male attended to a residence in the 1400 block of Retallack Street. Inside the residence, the victim was confronted by three male suspects. One of the suspects was armed with an axe and another had a machete. The victim sustained injuries to his head and had personal items taken from him. The suspects left the residence and the victim was able to get to a different location to call police. The victim was transported to hospital by EMS with non-life-threatening injuries.
Suspect #1 is described as male, 5’7″, thin build, tattoos on face, wearing blue hoodie.
Suspect #2 is described as male, 5’5”, heavy build, bald, wearing a grey shirt.
Suspect #3 is described as male, tall, thin build, wearing a blue hoodie with white markings on the sleeves.
