On Tuesday February 11, 2020, at approximately 10:30 a.m., police were dispatched to the area of 2nd Avenue and Robinson Street for the report of a weapons offence involving bear spray.
An adult male was walking in the area when two nearby males started acting aggressively and displayed a bear spray canister. The male then ran away. A police search of the area yielded negative results.
The first suspect is described as a stocky male with a beard, wearing a black hoodie.
The second suspect is described as taller, thin, with a facial tattoo, and wearing a grey and white hoodie. This male also had a bike with him.
