The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public to help solve a robbery that occurred on the weekend.
On Sunday, May 17, 2020, Regina Police received a report that two male youths had just been robbed of money and cellphones. The robbery is believed to have happened around 8:12 a.m. on a basketball court in the 100 block of Argyle Street, when a suspect approached the victims on a bicycle. The suspect is alleged to have shown a large knife, when he demanded the victims hand over their possessions. The suspect is approximately 5’ 5” to 5’ 6” tall. He is described as wearing a black sweater or jacket and a red bandanna over his mouth. He was also wearing blue jeans, green sneakers and a black hat. The victims did not sustain any physical injuries and called police when they reached home.
