The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that may assist in an investigation.
On Saturday, May 9, 2020 at approximately 10:20 a.m., police were dispatched to a business in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue for a report of a weapons offence. A male suspect entered a business. There was a disagreement over the purchase of an item between the owner of the business and the male suspect. The male suspect then showed the employee what appeared to be a hand gun. The suspect left the business with the item. The male suspect left money for the item.
The male suspect is described as 20-30 years old, neck/facial tattoo, black hair in cornrow braids, short ponytail, wearing a dark sweater, dark jeans and black shoes.
