An Edmonton male is facing charges after an investigation by the Regina Drug Unit.
On Wednesday, August 26, 2020, the Regina Drug Unit (RDU) completed a drug trafficking investigation and enforcement action in the 3100 block of Quance Street. One male was arrested and police seized quantities of substances believed to be methamphetamine and fentanyl, almost $10,000 dollars in Canadian currency, multiple cell phones and false identification. All items were seized off the male; a search warrant was not executed. As a result:
Twenty-six year-old Dane HALL of Edmonton, Alberta has been charged with:
- 2 X Possession of a Scheduled Substance For the Purpose Of Trafficking [CDSA 5(2)];
- Possession of a Scheduled Substance [CDSA 4 (1)];
- Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained By Crime Over $5000 [CC 355]; and
- Possession of A Forged Document With Intent [CC 368 (1)(D)].
HALL made his first court appearance on these charges this morning (Thursday, August 27, 2020) at 9:30 a.m.
