On Thursday, September 17, 2020, police observed a stolen vehicle on the 2000 block of Wallace Street. Investigation into the stolen vehicle led to the identity of a thirty-seven year-old male.
On Friday, September 25, 2020, at approximately 12:50 p.m., police executed a search warrant on a residence on the 2000 block of Wallace Street, where the stolen vehicle was located. The thirty-seven year-old male, as well as a thirty-eight year-old female and a twenty year-old male, were arrested on scene for possession of the stolen vehicle.
Thirty-seven year-old Curtis James PAMBRUN, thirty-eight year-old Charlene Gwen PAMBRUN, and twenty year-old Dre BELLEGARDE, all of Regina, are jointly charged with:
- Possession of Property Obtained By Crime Under $5000 [CC 355(B)].
Curtis PAMBRUN is also charged with:
- Fail to Comply with Condition of a Release Order [CC 145(5)(A)].
Charlene PAMBRUN is also charged with:
- Fail to Comply with Condition of an Undertaking [CC 145(5)(A)].
The accused make their first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
