Forty year-old Anthony James TAWIYAKA is described as male, 6′ 1″ tall, approximately 285 lbs., heavy build, wavy black hair, and brown eyes. Noticeable markings include a single piercing in each ear, and the following tattoos: the letters “INE” on his neck, a Chinese symbol on the top of his right hand, “TAWIYAKA” written vertically in capital letters down his right forearm, and “SOLDIER” written vertically in capital calligraphic letters inside a feather on his left forearm.
