The Regina Police Service is asking the public for information that could help in an investigation into shots fired in the 2300 block of Robinson Street early this morning (November 6, 2020).
At approximately 2:40 a.m. on Friday, November 6, 2020, police were dispatched to the 2300 block of Robinson Street after residents called about the sound of gun shots in the area. Officers responded and found a home that appeared to have damage to the porch window and siding consistent with a gunshot. There was a similar incident at this same address roughly one week ago. In that instance a white truck was seen in the area around the time of the shooting. A smaller, silver car was noted to be in the area at the time of this morning’s shooting. There’s no information at this time to suggest that these vehicles are involved in the incidents.
Police are continuing to investigate both incidents and, at this stage, are not in a position to connect the two occurrences.
Anyone who has information about this incident is asked to contact the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). The Regina Police Service thanks the public and the media for their cooperation and assistance in this matter.
