Twenty-eight year-old Dakota Joseph ASAPACE is described as male, approximately 6’ 1” tall, weighing about 250 pounds, heavy build, with brush-cut black hair, and brown eyes. Noticeable markings include tattoos of “The Last Of A Dying Breed” in cursive on his left inner forearm, and multiple styles of skulls on his left and right arms.
