Four individuals are facing charges as the result of an investigation by the Regina Police Service Street Gang Unit.
On Friday, January 15, 2021 at approximately 11:30 p.m., members of the Regina Police Service Special Weapons and Tactics Unit (SWAT) executed a search warrant at a residence in the 1000 block of Edgar Street. Four individuals were taken into police custody from the residence. During the search of the residence, police recovered quantities of what is believed to be fentanyl, cocaine and methamphetamine.
Twenty nine year old Joshua EAGLESON of Regina has been charged with:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Fentanyl [CDSA 5(2)]
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Methamphetamine [CDSA 5(2)]
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine [CDSA 5(2)]
- Fail to Comply with a Condition of a Release Order [CC 145 (5) (a)].
Forty two year old Jason URSULAN and forty year old Crystal MEED, both of Regina, have been charged with:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Fentanyl [CDSA 5(2)]
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Methamphetamine [CDSA 5(2)]
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine [CDSA 5(2)].
Thirty four year old Megan SCHUETT of Regina has been charged with:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Fentanyl [CDSA 5(2)].
All four persons will make their first appearance in Provincial Court on Thursday June 17, 2021.
