Twenty-two year-old Vincent Van DESNOMIE-CREELY is described as male, approximately 5’9″, 200 lbs., medium build, with short, straight, brown hair and brown eyes. Noticeable markings include the following tattoos: A dragon on his left shoulder, an owl on the inner wrist of his left forearm, and roses with three banners, each with a woman’s name, on his outer left forearm.
