On Thursday, June 10, 2021, at approximately 2:55 a.m., police were dispatched to the 4000 block of Harbor Landing Drive for the report of a break and enter. Two males, armed with knives, entered a residence, demanded the occupants hand over their belongings, then left.
Investigation led to the identity of the males, a 20 year-old and an 18 year-old, who were located in the apartment building, and arrested. The stolen property was located and returned to the victims.
Twenty year-old Terrell Storm NAHNEPOWISK, and 18 year-old Nicholas Colby MCNAB, both of Regina, are jointly charged with: Break & Enter & Commit Robbery [CC 348(1)(B)]. MCNAB is also charged with Fail to Comply [YCJA 137].
Both accused make their first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court today, Thursday, June 10, 2021, at 2:00 p.m.
