Three adults and one youth are facing charges after a stolen vehicle was recovered over the weekend.
On Sunday, July 4, 2021 at approximately 6:30 p.m., police located a stolen vehicle travelling in the 1900 block of St. John Street. Multiple occupants were seen inside the vehicle. Police deployed a spike belt on the vehicle and it came to a stop on Mcara Street near Victoria Avenue. Four occupants of the vehicle were instructed by police to get out of the vehicle and they were all taken into custody without incident.
Forty year-old Mark MANN, of Regina, has been charged with:
- Possession of Property Obtained By Crime Over $5000 [CC 355 (A)];
- Fail To Comply With Condition of Release Order [CC 145 (5)(A)];
- 2 X Fail to Comply With Condition of Undertaking [CC 145 (4)(A)].
Thirty-one year-old Michelle Kayla DAVIS, of Regina, has been charged with:
- Possession of Property Obtained By Crime Over $5000 [CC 355 (A)];
- Possession of a Scheduled Substance [CDSA 4 (1)].
Eighteen year-old Amie Jean MARTIN, of Regina, has been charged with:
- Possession of Property Obtained By Crime Over $5000 [CC 355 (A)].
A sixteen year-old male youth, who cannot be named in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act, has been charged with:
- Possession of Property Obtained By Crime Over $5000 [CC 355 (A)].
MANN, DAVIS and MARTIN will all make their first court appearances in Provincial Court this afternoon (Monday, July 5, 2021) at 2:00 p.m.
The male youth will make his first court appearance in Provincial Youth Court this afternoon (Monday, July 5, 2021) at 2:00 p.m.
