On Saturday August 28, 2021, at approximately 10:00 am police were dispatched to the 1500 block of McTavish Street for a reported Robbery. The victim was in the driver seat of his parked vehicle when the suspect, a passenger in the back seat, climbed into the front seat and pushed the victim out of his vehicle and onto the street. The suspect then drove off in the vehicle leaving the victim behind. The victim suffered an injury that required him to be transported to the Hospital. Police located the suspect a short time later on an unrelated call. He was arrested without incident. The victim’s vehicle was also recovered.
Forty-four year old, David Lawrence BADGER is charged with:
- Robbery [CC 344(1) (b)]
BADGER will make his first court appearance on this charge in Provincial Court on Monday August 30, 2021.
