The Regina Police Service is investigating an incident of Attempted Murder.
On Thursday, September 9, 2021 at approximately 5:30 a.m., police were dispatched to a residence in the 1300 Block of Athol Street for a report of an injured male. When police arrived they found a male victim with an injury to his neck that was described as serious. EMS transported the male to hospital where he remains in stable condition.
The victim told police he was walking in the 1400 Block of Montague Street when he was approached by two males. A brief altercation occurred and one of the male suspects assaulted the victim with what is believed to be a knife.
