The Regina Police Service is asking the public for their assistance in locating a male youth who escaped from open custody.
On Sunday, October 31, 2021, at 9:05 p.m., police received a call from Paul Dojack Youth Centre who was reporting a youth male as an escapee.
A seventeen year-old male, left the facility located at 7900 Ritter Avenue at 9:03 p.m.
The youth male is described as 5’11”, 130 lbs., with straight black hair to his ears, brown eyes, and a slim build. The male was wearing slim-fit acid washed jeans, a red and black windbreaker jacket, and red and black Air Jordan running shoes.
The youth male will not be named in keeping with the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Police are making efforts to re-apprehend the individual safely and expediently. Anyone who has information that could assist police in this effort is asked to contact the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
