Twenty-nine year-old Richard Devin Paul BIGHEAD is described as male, 5′ 9″, approximately 161 lbs., brown eyes, with short, brown hair. Noticeable markings include numerous tattoos on the right side of his face (forehead, cheek and jaw), tattoos on his neck, and a scar on his right middle finger.
