Thirty year-old Nigel Franklin CHESLOCK, of Regina, is described as male, 5′ 11″, medium build, with short straight brown hair, and brown eyes. Noticeable markings include the following tattoos: “Nigel” in flames on his left forearm; “NFC” on his left upper arm; a skull on his left hand; and a stylized dollar sign on his right forearm; “33” also on his right forearm.
