Two men have been charged in connection with a Break and Enter to a commercial property in Regina on Saturday.
Just after 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2022, police units, including a Canine team, were dispatched to a business in the 400 block of 9th Avenue North for a report of a possible Break and Enter in progress. Preliminary information indicated the suspects were inside the business walking towards reels of wire. Officers arrived and after a search of the property, found two men squatting in deep grass. Both men were arrested without incident and were charged in connection with the Break and Enter.
Thirty year-old Riley HART and 25 year-old Mitchell HUBENIG are jointly charged with Break, Enter and Commit Mischief, section 348(1)(b) CC.
Both accused were released on an Undertaking to appear in Provincial Court on August 8th, 2022.
