Forty year-old Christopher Scott SEATON is described as male, 5’11”, 170 lbs., with straight black hair, and brown eyes. Noticeable markings include two piercings on his left ear and multiple tattoos, including skulls and a name on the left and right side of his neck, a devil behind bars on his right upper arm, and hands in prayer above the caption “gods child” [sp] in cursive on his left upper arm.
