Thirty-seven year-old Justin Joseph Lloyd THOMPSON is described as male, 5’2″, approximately 145 lbs., with straight brown hair, and brown eyes. Noticeable markings include piercings in both ears, and multiple tattoos, which include a sleeve tattoo on his right arm that continues to his neck, “SYNDICATE” written vertically in calligraphic capitals down his left arm, and a “1419” wrapped in ribbons on the front of his neck.
