On October 21, 2022, at approximately 11:00 p.m., members of the Regina Police Service responded to a report of a break and enter to a business compound in the 1100 block of Condie Road. Police arrived in the area and located an unoccupied vehicle and a hole cut in the compound fence. With the assistance of a police canine unit, a 55 year old male was located and arrested. The male was transported to hospital where he received treatment for injuries sustained as a result of being apprehended by Police Service Dog. Police were unable to locate a second suspect.
Fifty-five year-old Jean Francois ST. GERMAIN, of Regina, is charged with:
- Break and Enter with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence [348(1)(A) CC]
GERMAIN will make his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court on December 14, 2022.
