The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that may help in an investigation into a robbery on the weekend.
On Saturday, December 10, 2022, at approximately 7:12 p.m., a robbery occurred at a convenience store in the 200 block of Winnipeg Street North. An unknown male entered the store and threatened the lone employee with a bladed weapon. The male suspect is described as slim, approximately 5’ 7” tall, wearing black clothing and a black mask. The suspect approached the employee and demanded cash and product before fleeing the store on foot. Fortunately, there are no reports of injury to the employee or any member of the public as a result of this incident. A Canine team attempted to track the suspect, but was not successful, given the time of day and activity in the area.
