On Monday January 30, 2023, police located a vehicle, reported as stolen, and observed it parking on the 1000 block of Broder Street. Police approached the vehicle and arrested the lone male driver. A search yielded a can of pepper spray. The male was identified and found to be in breach of conditions of a release order.
Thirty-six year-old Kenneth Robert Raymond PASCAL, of Regina, is charged with:
- Possession of a Weapon [CC 88];
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 [CC 355(A)]; and
- Fail to Comply with Release Order [CC 145(5)(A)].
PASCAL made his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court today, January 31, 2023 at 9:30 a.m.
