Thirty-two year-old Oliver Nelson CHASKE is described as male, 6’1″, approximately 200 lbs., medium build, with black hair, and brown eyes. Noticeable features include a piercing in his left ear, and the following tattoos: a skull in front of a bear claw on his neck, “Product NC” on his right hand, a sleeve of skulls and flames on his right arm, and an eagle on his left upper arm.
