On Monday, February 20, 2023 at approximately 10:00 p.m., police located a stolen vehicle in a parking lot on the 1800 block of Saskatchewan Drive. Two occupants were observed inside the vehicle. The male passenger exited the vehicle and was taken into police custody without incident. In a search following the arrest, police determined he was in possession of multiple identification documents that did not belong to him.
A short time later, the female driver exited the vehicle and was arrested without incident. In a search of the vehicle following arrest, police located multiple bladed weapons. As a result:
Thirty-three year-old Mohamed Max KOSHIN, of Regina has been charged with:
- Possession of Property Obtained By Crime Over $5000 [CC 355 (A)];
- 2 X Possession of Property Obtained By Crime Under $5000 [CC 355 (B)];
- Possession of a Weapon [CC 88]; and
- Identity Fraud [CC 56.1 (1)].
Twenty-five year-old Shesheena TANNER, of Regina, has been charged with:
- Possession of Property Obtained By Crime Over $5000 [CC 355 (A)];
- Possession of a Weapon [CC 88]; and
- Impaired Operation of a Conveyance [CT 320.14 (1)(A)].
KOSHIN and TANNER and made their first court appearances this morning (February 21, 2022) at 9:30 a.m.
