The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that may assist in an investigation into a hit and run.
On Saturday, August 26, 2023 at approximately 3:10 p.m., police were dispatched to a report of a collision involving a vehicle and a cyclist in the 4200 block of Albert Street. Early information reported to police stated that an individual riding a bicycle was struck by a vehicle that was exiting the drive-thru of a business. The vehicle then drove away. When police arrived, they attended to the victim – a teenage male – and learned he did not sustain serious injuries.
The vehicle involved in the collision is described as a silver SUV and a female was reported to be driving at the time of the collision.
