On Saturday, August 19, 2023, at approximately 00:50 a.m., police were dispatched to the 4200 block of Dewdney Avenue for a report of a robbery. It was reported to police that two females and a male assaulted another female and stole her belongings. The suspects had fled in a vehicle prior to police arrival. Police located the suspect vehicle a few blocks away. A traffic stop was conducted on the suspect vehicle and all three suspects were arrested without incident. The victim suffered minor injuries in the incident.
Sixty-one year old, Heather FENWICK of Regina is charged with the following offences:
- Robbery [CC 344(1)(b)]
- Possession of a Scheduled Substance [CDSA 4(1)]
Thirty-seven year old, Kerry LERAT of Regina is charged with the following offence:
- Robbery [CC 344(1)(b)]
- Breach of Probation [CC 733.1(1)]
Fifty-nine year old, Robert OBERKIRSCH of Regina is charged with the following offence:
- Robbery [CC 344(1)(b)]
FENWICK, LERAT and OBERKIRSCH will make their first court appearance on these charges in Provincial Court on Monday, August 21, 2023.
