Thirty-four-year-old Leon Mervin MANHAS is described as male, 6’2″ tall, approximately 185 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. Noticeable markings include the following tattoos: a handgun on the right side of the neck, a teardrop under each eye, three skulls with daggers with the words “Hear”, “See” and “Speak” on his left shin, a bearpaw and feathers on his right shoulder, “XAVIER” on his right forearm, “MANHAS” on his left forearm, a butterfly and flowers on his left upper arm, and the Regina city skyline on the back of his left hand.
