Twenty-six-year-old Sierra Dianne DUBOIS is described as female, 5’6″ tall, approximately 140 lbs., thin build, with long, straight black hair, and brown eyes. Noticeable markings include two piercings in her right ear, a piercing in her left ear, and the following tattoos: a heart outline on her left index finger, a stylized calligraphic “D” on her left hand, “Dubois” in cursive on her right hand, and a name in cursive on her right elbow, and “To Fast to Live/To Young to Die” [sp] on her right forearm.
