Request Assistance: Missing 12 Year-Old Uriel OWEN
The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that could assist in locating 12 year-old Uriel OWEN. OWEN was last seen on November 10, 2024 at approximately 5:25 p.m. in the 3800 block of Albert St.
OWEN is described as: Female, 5’6”, and 125 pounds. OWEN has black medium length hair, and brown eyes.
There is no evidence to believe OWEN has come to harm, however, they are considered at risk and police would like to locate them to ensure their safety.
